I want to show women we are still capable
Too often I hear women writing themselves off before they’ve even begun.
“I could never do a pull-up.”
“I can’t do a push-up.”
“You’d never get me anywhere near the weights section.”
The truth is, most of us have no idea what we’re capable of until we’re given the opportunity to find out.
One of my favourite things about coaching is watching that shift happen. Once women get a taste of what they can do, there’s often no stopping them.
That’s the transformation I want for you.
